Deadlines good or bad?

Tomorrow is the the day of the market, the one before Christmas at the school where everyone will be voting, coinciding with the 80th Birthday of the little school. I have been busy, amazingly exhausted with looking after children, felting like mad and now the man-of-the-house has come down with a horrible flu; it's his 40th tomorrow and I think this is all part of the meltdown that he's experiencing but I won't mention that to him. So I am left to wonder if the deadline is good for creativity or not, perhaps not, I will look forward to tomorrow spending time with my partner in markets Mrs Soup.
Anyways pictures of what I have made so far with thanks to Wooldancer for sharing and inspiration with her wonderful mushroom and fairy houses.

Here I am to the world

Gone are the days of journal writing and stuffing it in the bedside table, here are the days when nights are not spent by the fire but are in front of the glowing screen writing for all to see.

The children are in bed, happy, well fed and generous with their kisses and tales of the day, I managed to do some felting today, to start at the top of my "to do list" and START....Christmas baubles all lined up on my window sill drying in the sun. Tomorrow the book covers - need to do at least five before the 24th of Nov in time for the market on election day. Still quite reserved about my "art", people do seem to love it, and I love doing it, so something must be right.
Everything in the Universe seems to be pointing me there and the recipe that I wrote seems to be coming to fruition regarding the change in me, the moving on to other things, now I just have to keep trusting. Had another commission today, a challenging one, I will be stretched, but I have some ideas for it. The proper work that I would normally do is now not so available, to believe in this and commit to this is big.
